Apple Boi (Chips)
- Apple Boi is our best selling product. Apple Boi is the traditional or Himachali name of the apple chips. These chips are not baked or fried; they are simply sun dried until there is no moisture content remaining in the apple slices. This is also a natural and preservative free product. We have two flavors in this category-
- Romantic Royal- Romantic royal is made using the apple variety called Royal delicious Apples.
- Glum Golden- As the name suggests these chips are made using the variety called Golden apples.
These chips are made using traditional recipe. Before we make the dried apples we clean them with fresh water of the Himalayas, ensuring the purest cleaning they can get. Then we dehydrate them in natural sunlight that helps in preserving its nutrients and make them chewy. They are not baked or fried, which make them healthier for you.
Apple Jam
We make apple jam from apples produced by our own orchards. The jams are 100% natural and preservative free. We take orders for the jams from August. This is a natural and preservative free product. There is no added sugar in our apple jams. You can order Apple jams from July onwards.
We peel and then chop the apples before being simmered with Jaggery until they reach a thick, spreadable consistency. Apple jam can be used as a topping for toast, scones, pancakes, or as a filling for pastries and cakes. It’s a delicious way to preserve the flavor of apples and enjoy them year-round.

Apple Chutney
This is our best selling item. This is an all natural and preservative product. This is made using a traditional recipe and is very rich in taste and flavor. The orders for the apple chutney starts from July also. Apple chutney is typically made by cooking down apples with various spices until it reaches a thick, jam-like consistency.

Cherry Jam
We make cherry jams from the cherries of our farms. The cherry jams we make does not have any preservatives and added sugar. They are made from 100% natural cherries.
The process of making Cherry jams is almost as making of apple jams and any other jams. WE use jaggery instead of sugar in making of the cherry jams and we also use fresh cherries from our own farms.
